Amba Gallery is a contemporary gallery and creative space in Accra, founded around African art and cultural memory — textiles, sculpture, design, ceremonial objects, exhibitions and storytelling.

Our collection draws from across the continent with particular focus on Ghana — from Asante and Ewe kente weaving and Fante Asafo flags to bronze ceremonial objects and the colourful hand-painted movie posters of the 1980s and 1990s.

Each piece is documented, conserved and presented with care so that collectors, researchers and visitors can experience the layered meaning behind it.
